Nice staff and clean accommodations.

My experience was quite disappointing. We were placed in a room that we didn't book, which caused confusion from the very start. The air conditioning wasn’t effective, leaving the room feeling stuffy and uncomfortable. Additionally, housekeeping failed to clean our room during our entire stay, resulting in us having to manage our own trash and towels. It felt like we weren't valued as guests at all.

After a long day exploring the wonders of the Black Hills, the heated indoor pool was a fantastic way for my four teenagers to unwind. The rooms were comfortable and clean, making our stay enjoyable. Breakfast was a nice perk to start our day.

My kids wished there were more options for breakfast. it would be great if they offered a heartier selection for families.

Just a suitable option for an overnight stay in Rapid City with extraordinarily good value for money. The breakfast had nice choices of hot and cold options, which was a pleasant surprise. Make sure to check the pool beforehand if swimming is a priority.

The front desk staff, particularly Bert, provided excellent recommendations for local attractions that were not overly touristy. The renovated room was bright and featured a cozy window seat perfect for relaxing.

The hotel is currently undergoing renovations, which may cause some inconvenience.
